Venues Live is currently seeking Function and Wait Staff to join their teams at Accor and Commbank Stadiums!

The Position

We are currently searching for polished, well-spoken and immaculately presented Corporate / fine dining, private suite & function attendants  to join our Corporate Hospitality team that operates the prestigious Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium.  

You will be serving high-profile individuals; therefore, your commitment to providing first class service in paramount. You will also present with outstanding communication skills and customer service knowledge and understand the delicate nature of working in a premium corporate environment. Training will be provided for the selected candidates through our in-house training  program

Key Duties  

• Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate suite or function rooms
• Be able to explain menus and wine origins to the client while in service
• Make espresso coffees and prepare other beverages such as basic cocktails and spirit mixers
• Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times, discreet manner
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
• Deliver outstanding customer service

The Person

• Food and beverage experience – corporate waiter, first-class lounge, or high-end dining background desired.
• Experience working in restaurants, conferencing, events environments or the airline industry will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic – willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
• Great energy, fun, flexible approach that will enhance the customer’s stadium experience.

All applicants must also be available to attend a paid Induction and Training Day.
