About Us

Our dynamic South Yarra venue operates 7 days a week 12noon till 3 am, offering bistro, rooftop bar, 3 dedicated function rooms, live music 3 nights a week, and DJ 2 nights per week. We're looking to build on our already solid base of food/beverage and entertainment to push ourselves into the forefront of the hotel industry.

The Role

You will be in charge of managing sales and bookings of functions at our popular venue. The Functions Coordinator is responsible for maximising bookings of our function rooms and ensuring every function is executed successfully.

About You

We are looking for a confident, driven, bubbly go-getter with a positive outlook. This role demands a high level of attentiveness, responsibility and organisational skills. You will have problem-solving abilities and good judgement. 

The ideal candidate will above all, have a passion for customer service, food and entertainment. An approachable ‘people person' with excellent communication skills. 

No experience is necessary for this role. However, some sales experience will be highly regarded. All training and supervision will be provided. All you'll need to bring is your confidence, ‘can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn.
