As a Function Manager, your role will involve:  

• Managing a team of multi-cultured individuals  
• Maintain and grow functions through new and existing clients 
• Managing functions from initial enquiry to post function follow up
• Managing function schedule and booking system
• Liaise with Management and head chef
• Training and mentoring staff 
• Maintaining Function records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Full working rights in Australia and valid RSA  
• Strong knowledge for unction operations

• Ability to thrive under pressure 
• Ability to take direction from Venue Manager and implement strategies   
• Ensuring all policies, procedures and standards are met and clearly communicated
