Saddle Up Gunslingers, Moon Dog Wild West is coming to town!

We're beyond excited to be bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to beautiful Footscray, with a view to swing open the saloon doors in Mid - Late March (Subject to project timelines). Our mind blowing three story, 800 pax venue will offer the best in food, beverages and entertainment, with our signature cheeky twist.

We are looking for a Full Time Functions and Reservations Coordinator!

Working closely with the Group Functions Manager & reporting to the Venue Manager, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely responses to requests and bookings.
• Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to event execution.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house management to ensure functions are executed to a high standard.
• Provide top-notch customer service.
• Oversee table bookings and reservations.
• Assist hospitality managers in ad-hoc operational & administrative tasks when required.
• Help with service in venue if required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
• Positive, friendly, and can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Adaptability to work both in-office and in the venue.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail.
• Experience with SEVENROOMS and iVvy is advantageous (but not required).
• RSA certification.
• No problem getting their steps in across a large, three storied venue.

This role will be on a full time, permanent, salaried contract. Working mostly 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, there will be some weekend/evening work required to execute functions.

A start date will be negotiated in line with the projected opening.
