THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Functions Chef to join our team at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team
• Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality
• Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results
• Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations
• Wage management, stocktake and GP monitoring

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
