We are looking for a Functions and Events Coordinator to join the O&A family!

We are a small family business that is expanding at a rapid pace and we need a Function and Events Coordinator to join the team and support our Events Manager. You will be working alongside the Events Manager to organise and run all functions and events for Olive and Angelo.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Role Requirements:
~ Be ahead of the game, passionate and enthusiastic about creating memorable and fun experiences for a range of different clientele.
~ Have excellent communication with all clients as well as an ability to build and maintain rapport to create long lasting relationships and return customers.
~ Be well organised with a track record in providing above and beyond experiences.
~ Identify the clients’ requirements and expectations, ensuring all is carried out with the greatest attention to detail.
~ Liaise with clients, vendors and third-party agents before, during and after the event to bring the vision of the client to life!
~ Create, manage and update event runsheets and bookings as well as conduct weekly checks to ensure runsheets and booking system is up to date.
~ Communicate clearly and effectively with the kitchen to ensure food preparation can be organised promptly.
Position available now with potential for Full-Time Contract.
