JOB DESCRIPTION

Offering a multitude of space including our dedicated function room, The Greenway, we are equipped to organise and facilitate a wide range of events and celebrations for our customers

We are looking for a Functions Operations Manager with experience working in a large venue or functions centre. We are after people who share a passion for helping our customers celebrate their events.

This role is 100% operational with minimal administrative duties.

You will be required to:

  • manage and drive operational staff in the execution and delivery of events on the day 
  • lead and coach a small team of function attendants to ensure adherence to event run times
  • quality inspections on food, drink and venue presentation to ensure a high standard
  • handle customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, demonstrating high standards in customer service face to face

You are able to work under pressure and oversee multiple events at any one time.

We offer a full-time flexible working arrangement provided you are available to work nights and weekends to oversee the events.

Full working rights in Australia are required for this role.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS
