As a gaming attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers in our gaming room

Skills & Experience: 

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Gaming experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Amazing customer service skills
• Availability to work full time hours which may include on weekends and evenings
• RSA & RCG required

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience
• Assist customers with any inquiries related to the gaming room and its facilities
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance to address any technical issues promptly
• Monitor the gaming room to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
