We are seeking Part-Time Gaming Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service to our members and guests in a fast-paced gaming room. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster and have great availability including overnights and weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Bartending and delivering food offerings to patrons.
• Cash handling and assisting customers with machine payouts.
• Troubleshooting gaming machines.
• Deliver accurate information regarding the venue and promotions.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly can-do attitude
• Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster including overnight (up until 6am) and weekends
• Strong Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Driver’s license and reliable car
• Previous experience working in Hospitality, Gaming, TAB & Keno (desirable)
• RSA/ RCG (or willing to obtain)
