Aside from the essentials - like holding a current RSA/RCG Competency Card, being trustworthy and good with numbers - you will need to be a shining star when it comes to guests - bubbly, friendly and switched on.  

Keeping our valued guests happy and comfortable is the key focus - building relationships with them, learning their names, going above and beyond each day to make them feel welcome.  If you love the idea of getting out of bed every day and adding your sparkle to your guests day - then we want to hear from you!
