About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and well presented Casual Gaming Supervisor's or Duty Manager's to join our successful team.  If you have considerable Gaming Cashier/ Attendant experience and have experience leading a team, we have an Immediate start available. 

Located in the Western Suburbs we fully serviced Club with a busy Gaming Room including Keno, Bistro & Bar, TAB, Sports Bar and Motel accommodation.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of a quality customer service experience within the Gaming Room and throughout our entire Club, including supervision and management of our day to day Gaming & Wagering operations.

REQUIREMENTS

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Current Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence (Essential)
  • Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (Essential)
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
  • TAB Operators Licence would be an advantage
  • A strong working knowledge and experience with System One, PDT operations and gaming reconciliation procedures
  • A sound knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations and procedures
  • A sound understanding of food & beverage products and services
  • A professional & mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work unsupervised, leading and developing our service focused team
  • Advanced accountancy and computer skills
  • Available for AM/PM shifts on a 7 day rotating roster
