- Provide patrons with exceptional customer service
- Maintain a general cleanliness of the gaming room, bar and facilities
- Perform duties in accordance with Responsible Service Alcohol (RSA) & Responsible Conducts of Gambling (RCG)
- Supply and dispense beverages and snacks for patrons
- Attend to service calls
- Engage and interact with our valued members and guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Please note: No previous experience required for this job.
- Must have a valid RSA and RCG certificates
- Must have ARCG qualification or willing to complete
- Rights to work in Australia
- Must be flexible with availabilities able to work a range of shifts varying from 9:45am - 4am
- Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right canditate
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
