JOB DESCRIPTION

Little Creatures all started with a group of mates. All coming from the beer scene wanting to brew awesome beer with delicious flavours. That's what we are. A group of mates. We work together to provide an open and transparent Brewery experience that welcomes all walks of life to experience a distinctive and iconic hospitality offering.

We are now seeking a vibrant and experienced General/Operations Manager to lead the charge of venue staff across our 3 onsite venues both front and back of house in our iconic Fremantle home. This is a rare opportunity to play a critical part in the business and make a tangible impact. Even more, you'll enjoy a culture focused on personal development, sociability, and wellbeing.

You will have a seat at the table to be part re-vamping our current offering and putting your stamp on the Spiritual home of Little Creatures.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager this unique, hands on role will see you have full day to day accountability for the venue operations, bringing a sense of creativity & flair whilst inspiring your team by leading from the front. It's a given that you will have a passion for beer & food as well as have exceptional in-depth knowledge of current and future hospitality trends.

Duty Manager
General Manager
Operations Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

As a leader at Little Creatures, we would love to see:

  • Experience leading large teams (both front and back of house) engaging them in a compelling vision for their venue
  • The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume, multi-site environment.
  • Solid business acumen to manage and monitor financial budgets, cost of goods, labour costs, and other expenses.
  • Strong financial acumen including driving revenue, forecasting, and budgeting to a set of KPI's.
