P.J.O'Brien's, one of Melbourne's busiest Irish pubs, is on the hunt for glass collectors as we gear up for a busy week during the Lions Tour.  We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, can work independently and isn't intimidated by a big crowd. 

Duties will include:

• Collecting glasses from the floor
• Collecting plates/cutlery from tables
• Loading glasswashers
• Restocking glassware on the bar
• Sweeping/Mopping spillages and breakages on the floor
• Wiping down tables and the bar
• Refilling ice wells

A venue induction will be given at the start of the shift and a staff t-shirt will be provided for the shift plus a couple of knockoffs once you finish.

The shift is 4pm-2am and paid at Restaurant Industry Award Level 2 and you will not be expected to clean down the venue at closing time. If you are interested but need flexibility with start and finish times, please let us know as we may be able to accomodate. 

We are also looking for Rockstars to glass collect across the whole week (21st-27th July) so if you fancy a couple more shifts we can likely accomodate this too.

The role is paid through our weekly payroll system and is NOT cash in hand - applicants will have to complete Tanda onboarding.
