We are looking for a Barback to support our Bartenders and the rest of our staff. You’ll assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks. No experience required.

Duties Include: 

• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Collecting all the empty glasses and bottles from the customers' tables and returning them to the bar in a timely fashion. 
• Making sure that bartenders have everything they need (like glasses, garnishes, stocked bottles, fresh kegs) at all times.
• Loading glasswashers
• Restocking glassware on the bar
• Sweeping/Mopping spillages and breakages on the floor
• Wiping down tables and the bar
• Refilling ice wells
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel
