An Ideal Candidate will have a love for

• Great customer service 
• late nights and loud music
• creating a strong sense of community
• working with a close-knit, ragtag bunch of cross-trained all-rounders
• spray and wiping frequently touched surfaces with disinfectant
• A current NSW RSA 
• A positive work atitude and be willing to assist bar and bistro staff when required
• Saturday night avaliability highly regarded
• No experience necessary
