Hophaus is seeking qualified cooks/ chef de partie to come on board. 

Located on Southbank and overlooking the Yarra, Hophaus is a contemporary,
European-style bar and bistro. We are looking for creative and dedicated qualified chefs to join our kitchen team

Responsibilities include:.

• Ordering of food supplies through various suppliers where necessary.
• Preparation and cooking of food to an expected standard
• Organising and setting of kitchen section 
• Liaising with head chef in the development of menu items and daily specials.
• Working closely with FOH management and staff in delivering smooth quality service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Up to one year experience in a fast paced kitchen (refrences required)
• A positive attitude and a passion for what you do
• A valid visa with working rights
• Applicants will require minimum Cert 3 level qualifications or overseas equivalent.
