I am over 18We are looking for a determined FT Grill Chef to join our team at the Iris Hotel Group at The Steyne Hotel.
The right person for the role will be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service. You will be part of an experienced kitchen team and will lead by example in this varied role, executing a casual bistro menu.
This is an opportunity to join a culinary team who aspire for greatness in a casual environment. A team who work together to deliver exceptional quality across all facets of the bistro operation
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Please only apply if you fulfill the following criteria:
- At least 2 years experience in busy venue
- Minimum of cert 4 in commercial cookery/hospitality
- Must be flexible with 5 days rotating roster
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Positive attitude
- Team player
