BAR LUCIA IS HIRING – FULL-TIME GRILL CHEF 🇪🇸

Bar Lucia is seeking an experienced Grill Chef to join our small, professional team in Potts Point. This is a full-time position for a cook with strong technical skills, a focus on quality and detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a refined environment.

About the role:

  • Responsible for the grill section and protein preparation

  • Maintain consistency, speed, and precision during service

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team

  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation

  • Full availability required, including weekends and evenings
