JOB DESCRIPTION

Luna Park is the iconic face of Sydney that has been enthusiastically welcoming generations
of guests for over 85 years.  With the recent addition of 9 new rides and exciting new
offerings still to come,  we offer all the thrills of a world class attraction while maintaining the
charm and spirit of a 1930’s fun park. 


Our Guest Relations team is the real face of Luna Park Sydney. As the first point of call for
almost all our visitors, it is this team who’s smile and friendly manner will brighten the day of
each and every one of our guests. 


When you join this high performing team, you will be trained and learn all aspects of the
department including; ticket sales; guest experience; membership and annual pass sales;
upselling; general information about the park and the operations; as well as administrative
duties. 


We are proud to offer great training and support to insure you will have opportunities to
advance your career with us and these positions within our GR team, will allow you to really
build the foundations of a career in the Service, Entertainment and Hospitality and Events
sector.

These are casual positions that include Weekday, Weekend and Evening shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

What we’ll be looking for in our new team members: 

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service in a face to face environment
  • Confident and engaging communication skills
  • an enthusiastic, positive and fun attitude
  • Desire to positively influence and support other team members
  •  Ability to respond to new initiatives, changing conditions and shifting priorities
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve results
  •  Demonstrated organisational skills
  • Good decision making skills
  • Detail focus – especially to identify irregularities in information or data
  •  An interest in finding solutions and helping people 
  •  You will be required to have a Working with Childrens Check 
  •  You will be required to have an RSA
