This position will involve training in all aspects of Front Office and we are seeking a candidate who would like to develop their hospitality career with View Melbourne and develop into a future Guest Service Manager.  

The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, a drive for success, a passion for people and the Hospitality Industry and will take pride in their personal presentation and represent the rock chic brand. 

The successful applicant must be available to work various shifts, weekends and public holidays and also must have previous hotel experience with exposure to property management systems such as infor.  

A high level of organisation and the ability to think on their feet is essential. 
A great ability to communicate with guests, staff and management is essential. Development opportunities exist with a track record of developing talent.
