PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team on a Full-Time basis 

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager
  • Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay
  • Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay
  • Create a great first and last impression of the Hotel
  • Work 10pm - 7am overnight shift across weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering gracious and dependable hospitality
  • The resilience and confidence to handle guest inquiries and concerns
  • The ability to anticipate guest needs
  • A current driver's licence
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
  • A fun & supportive approach to teamwork
