Novotel Melbourne South Wharf is located in the beautiful South Wharf with a short walk to the CBD & Southbank. Featuring 347 Accommodation Rooms & Suites, Allora Cafe, and Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar. Our Bar is inspired by the Italian love of al fresco lifestyle, the bar boasts two outdoor terraces serving up a range of Italian and local beverages. 

About the Role

Reporting to the Front Office Manager your key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • What you will be doing:

  • Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and
  • Provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to
  • Provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster.
  • Be customer focused.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Be reliable and well groomed.
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
