What you'll be doing

  • Perform all front desk/reception duties including check in procedures, carry out admission instructions, and ensure all data are entered into the systems accurately.

  • Greet, receive and bid farewell to guests at Entrance and Reception

  • Assist guests with their internet access requirements, baggage arrangement, shower and nap room booking

  • Carry out regular checks of all areas and maintain overall upkeep of lounge.

  • Assist to promote various services and facilities of our PPG airport lounges to customers, ensure able to deals with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Must have a good knowledge on general information of the airport, i.e. facilities available, direction to the boarding gates.

  • Take care of lost and found items and the related documentation.

  • Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.

  • Responsible for answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate action.

  • Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts.

  • To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.

  • Ensure guest entry and queues are managed in the most efficient manner by identifying the nature of admission (Corporate / Airline / Walk-in)

  • Introduce Smart Traveller program and check the acceptance of member registration.

  • To be a representative of the PPG brand and provide a positive service experience to our guests

  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional,

  • To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

About You

  • · At least 1 year of experience in hospitality industry, airport/airline lounge with front desk operations experience is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with minimum High School diploma may also apply.

  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Cheerful with positive attitude and willing to learn.

  • Proficient in English and local language both in written and spoken.

  • Willing to work on shifts hours.

  • Work location: Adelaide International Airport.
