JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a busy cafe seeking a competent and experienced Barista to join our team. Applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment.

Looking for a strong candidate to support a growing team. Current average is 20kg/ Week, serving the respected 'St.Dreux' coffee. looking to return to our pre-covid 40-50kg week and beyond in the future. 

Typical Hours are 7am Start - 3pm Close monday- friday servicing the busy corporate space of pyrmont and local community.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
