Memento Group is seeking a Head Barista/Supervisor to assist the Operation Manager in managing our Mudgeeraba and Burleigh venues.

This position has plenty to offer devoted and career-driven professionals with exceptional knowledge in specialty coffee and people management:

• Manage a team of 8 staff at the Mudgeeraba venue, with opening hours from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. Minimum 35 hours with options to have weekends off for casual roles. 
• Potential for promotion to venue manager at one of our three venues.
• Position focuses on staff training and operations management.

Please apply ONLY if you have been a gun barista with substantial experience in high volume cafes and have at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
