As a Head Chef, your role will involve:  

• Managing the kitchen's day-to-day operations
• Motivating and managing a multi-skilled kitchen team
• Collaborating with the Venue Manager and Executive Chef to increase revenue
• Leading, developing and mentoring a team  
• Menu creation and planning
• Keeping food expenses and waste under control in order to meet KPIs
• Creating and maintaining an efficient roster

Requirements:  

• 1+ years of experience in a Head Chef role  
• Confident and creative cooking style  
• Ability to lead a team  
• Ability to ensure all policies, procedures and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated  
• Maintain a high level of standard while cooking in a fast paced environment  
• Multi-task effectively and ensure all deadlines are met with suppliers as well as the Venue Manager and Executive Chef
