We are seeking a Chef to join our busy kitchen at Kenilworth Hotel.
Must be experienced in similar role and have good communication and Management skills.
The role encompasses all aspects of working in a commercial kitchen turning over 1000-1500 covers per week, you duties will be preparing and cooking food maintaining quality standards and service as well as liasing with the head chef, kitchen staff front of house staff and management.
This is a great opportunitty for someone with experience in a similar role or someone finishing an apprenticeship looking for a fulltime position.

We have a Micro Brewery onsite as well as 2 Smokers so let your imagination guide you in this role, we encourage our kitchen team to make our menu reflect themselves and their passion for great food.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Must be able to work nights weekends and public/school holidays
