Your Role: As our Head Chef, you will lead our kitchen team, showcase your culinary expertise, and create exceptional dining experiences. This role is well-suited for a senior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie looking to step up and run their own kitchen, or an experienced Head Chef seeking a better work-life balance. To fulfil the role, the successful candidate will also have:

• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience in a quality and fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility in availability to work within the venue’s operation hours, including weekends and nights.
