The Role 

You will be heavily involved in a hands on operation in a high volume, fast paced kitchen. If you believe you have what it takes to join and work with a team of Chefs who have a vast range of experience in the industry, APPLY TODAY

The successful candidate will have: 

• Proven Head/Lead Pastry experience in the role 
• The ability to work calmly when under pressure 
• Excellent communication skills 
• The ability to work on all sections

• Consistency through all sections in the kitchen.

• Training of chefs.
