JOB DESCRIPTION

National Hospitality Management has an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef at Bridie O' Reilly's to start full time.

We are looking for individuals who can prepare and present high quality modern food, coupled with your ability and consistency you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Implement Food safety and OHS procedures,
  • The ability to work within a team,
  • Knowledge of and managing orders and deliveries,
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced hotel/pub style environment 
  • Menu planning and costing,
  • Training and helping to build a smooth and harmonious team environment,
  • Rostering and staff management,
  • Working to set budgets with wage, food costs and general expenses. 
  • Good knowledge of stocktaking
