The Komo Redcliffe is fastly establishing itself as the place to be, boasting an all-new atmosphere in our multitude of spaces including large alfresco dining areas and multiple bars, complimented by the beautiful views of the picturesque Moreton Bay peninsula.
Reporting jointly to the General Manager Lachlan Bytheway & Lewis Leisure Executive Chef Barry Joyce, you will be the head of The Komo kitchen team.
This Full Time, Salaried role with us also has the opportunity to earn bonuses through KPI achievements & budget execution.
Your KPI's will be built around revenue targets, staff retention. customer feedback and food compliance. Characteristically, you will be consistent, driven, honest and authentic with your approach to food standards and staff engagement.
Our environment is different to normal kitchens. You will lead a large team where food prep, functions, grill, an open charcoal rotisserie and general food service will be a day-to-day norm. Liaising with the Executive Chef, you will establish a terrific relationship with key accounts and promote healthy relationships with key suppliers.
