Fulltime 40 hour week including evenings and weekends
We require a person who has a minimum of 5 years experience and can demonstrate proficiency in Kitchen Management, Rostering, Food Cost Budgeting and seasonal menu changes.
Must be an Australian resident as we will not consider sponsorship.
Must have a current Food Supervisors Certificate
Must be able to seamlessly fit into an existing small kitchen brigade.
