Iris Hotel Group spans multiple, well known, large turnover venues within the Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, with a variety of dining and entertainment offerings.
The Iris Hotel Group seeks a determined and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at the Gunyah hotel at Belmont and another Head chef for Hotel Elermore in Elermore Vale.
The right person for the role will be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service and is adept at managing every area of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to build your kitchen team and will lead by example in this varied role.
