About Your Role:
This is a rare opportunity! We are looking for people who are genuinely invested in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous training in a hospitality events environment is essential for this role & a creative, can-do attitude and aptitude for guest engagement & experience is non-negotiable.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Requirements
Cert III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
Experience in a senior chef role within events or high-volume service
Strong understanding of food safety standards
Ability to lead, train and mentor a kitchen team
Excellent organisation and time management
Able to work a rotating roster including weekends and event days
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Police Check
Positive attitude, adaptability and a guest-focused approach
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
