Simon's Waterfront is a restaurant located on the Warrnambool foreshore that is popular for al la Carte dining and functions.
We are looking for a Head Chef and cook that are passionate about every meal they produce.
In this busy restaurant all meals are prepared without compromising quality and using the best local produce.
We are looking for a chef who doesn't depend on pre-made convince products because all food preparation is in-house.
We require a chef who is career orientated, who prides themselves in genuinely calling themselves a chef and whose skills is not set by a certificate.
