We are on the hunt for new Head Chef
Located amongst the hustle and bustle of Chapel st, Temperance hotel (affectionately know as Temperance) has a solid reputation as one of the area’s best pubs turn-late night venue. We are looking for a strong and expierienced Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to make a step up to lead our kitchen team.
Being a large multifaceted venue, Temperance prides itself in hosting first timers and regulars alike. We are an inclusive venue operating 7 days a week for lunch through to dinner through to late night boogie times (on the weekend). With a function space upstairs for private events and a courtyard that pops in the summer there is always something fun and extra going on at Temperance.
