The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a passionate chef or experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering consistent, crowd-pleasing plates. You’ll be working alongside a tight-knit team, helping us maintain high standards while bringing a bit of flair to the pass.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and plating our signature dishes with speed and precision
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and ordering
• Contributing to specials and seasonal menu updates
• Supporting smooth service during peak periods (especially weekends and live music nights)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role (pub, smokehouse, or casual dining)
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Calm under pressure, with a sense of humour and team spirit
• Available for nights and weekends
• Bonus points if you love Southern flavours and know your way around a smoker and a bit of Mexican inspired food.
