JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you sick of your skills being wasted frying chips? Do you create insta-worthy dishes?

The Fiddler Hotel is more than just a pub. Known as the ‘Home of Celebrations’, we pride ourselves in our philosophy of delivery great, friendly service for all guests who dine and celebrate with us.

We are seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced chef to take on the coveted role of Head of Food Innovation and Menu Creation to assist us in elevating our food offering.

You will have creativity and a genuine love for food, with demonstrated experience producing a high quality menu. You are adventurous with flavours and elements that make up a dish, always striving for perfection.

You utilise modern techniques to finesse food, while sharing a passion in upskilling and training staff into executing your food vision.

While this role involves cooking, you won't be relegated to a cooking line or section for main service.
