Maydanoz is a Turkish restaurant at Wynyard in the CBD. We have been awarded One Australian Good Food Guide Hat and pride ourselves as being one of the venues that has set the standard for casual upmarket dining in Sydney. Fostering a family-style culture within our team is one of the ways that we’ve been able to consistently deliver relaxed, professional service in a relaxed setting. We are looking for Wait Staff to join the team. We have a range of hours that could suit a full-time professional Bartenders to part-time roles that support the team.

About You

• A positive, professional attitude to work alongside the team
• Guest focused
• Have a minimum of one year or section waiting experience
• Be available to work part of the weekend
• Basic understanding of food and wine (we can train the rest)

Responsible for

• Run a section of up 15 to 20 people
• Provide our guests with great service and enthusiastic energy
• Running food
• Set up and pack down
