We are looking for a Head Waiter to join our team!  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a great dining experience by overseeing the waitstaff and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise waitstaff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service and upholding our restaurant's standards
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, ensuring that tables are set and cleared promptly
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered to tables in a timely manner
• Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests as needed
• Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring that they are resolved to the guest's satisfaction
• Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking items as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints with grace and professionalism
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
