Owned by Matt Moran and Bruce Solomon, and with an elite Head Chef at the helm, the kitchen opens at midday and the full menu is available all day and late into the evening. Specialising in fresh, high-quality seafood as well as serving amazing steak, salads, sliders and more, North Bondi Fish is the perfect beach-side escape.

Coupled with smooth party tunes mixed by some of Sydney’s best DJ’s and the sea breeze flowing throughout the venue, it’s the perfect place for patrons to sip delicious cocktails whilst sitting front row of one of the Australia’s most iconic beaches.
  
The Role
  
As Host, you will drive guest experience at North Bondi Fish and be the key first contact for our guests.
  
With a mix of clientele ranging from foodies and locals, to tourists and friends looking for an incredible beach front dining experience, your passion for service will be ignited here.
  
Your role will involve all of the service essentials, including meeting and greeting guests, answering incoming calls, reservation amendments, guiding guests to their seat, assisting on the floor during service and driving guest experience. 

Having worked for some of Australia’s best restaurants and hospitality establishments, your skills will be fine tuned and you will be a great communicator, with the ability to provide an exceptional service and care to guests.
