About the role

CPG Hotels is the largest privately-owned hotel company in New Zealand. Greenlane Suites Hotel is one of the many hotels and resorts in CPG Hotels' large portfolio. 

Your role is to be a key member in our awesome Housekeeping team! This position includes the responsibility of ensuring our high standards of cleanliness are kept up throughout the hotel. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our high level of customer satisfaction is paramount. 

 

Key duties include:

  • Perform all necessary housekeeping activities to ensure guest rooms are serviced 
  • Ensure guest comfort at all times
  • Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
  • Assist the hotel in monitoring stocks and maintaining productivity
  • Working in a safe and efficient manner at all times
  • Contribute to making the Hotel a great place to work

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Cleaner / Housekeeper

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • All necessary housekeeping activities to ensure guest rooms are serviced according to Hotel standards without supervision
  • Ensure guest comfort at all times
  • Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
  • Assist the hotel in monitoring stocks and maintaining productivity
  • Working in a safe and efficient manner at all times
