Airport Retail Enterprises on the Gold Coast is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a driven and reliable leader to join us as Restaurant Manager for our Hungry Jacks store. 

This position will be a Full-Time position, your hours will fluctuate according to business needs. Staffed hours are 4am - 10pm - 7 days a week.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous management experience within a fast-paced food & beverage retailer is highly regarded.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service. 
• The ability to lead by example. 
• The ability to problem solve, in high pressure situations. 
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks in a busy environment.
• Experience delegating to a team and ensuing standards are being met.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver on the spot feed.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proven ability to maintain and achieve KPIs - Labour, COGS and operating costs. 
• Keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• The ability to complete administrative tasks when due and to a high standard. 
• Understanding of WHS and Food safety legislations. 
• Food safety supervisor certificate or Servsafe certification (or willing to obtain).
• Experience in cash handling and POS operations.
