Who you are
As an IKEA Food Co-worker, you demonstrate passion, love and commitment to food, its quality and presentation. You will ideally have experience working in customer facing, fast paced environments, and are enthusiastic about working with others in a team. You have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a polite and friendly manner. Previous experience in hospitality, cookery or work is advantageous, but not essential. You are able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks.
As our store trades 7 days a week, including weekends, you are required to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts, and have availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends.
Your responsibilities
As an IKEA Food Co-worker you ensure your area is efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience. Your duties may include:

•Customer Restaurant - Cash handling, customer service and maintaining the customer restaurant.
•Swedish Food Market - Stocking, Cash handling, maintaince of commericality for our SFM range
