About The Role

Cali Press are currently on the hunt for a team leader interested in management who will thrive in our stores in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for health, coffee, customer service and is a team player. We are on the hunt for new team leader specifcially at our Mosman location.

Individual Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in a cafe all rounder position
• Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
• Must be a quick learner, who enjoys and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
• Experience and Interest in health and nutrition is essential
