Undertaking a certificate 3 or 4 in commercial cookery, this apprenticeship with AVC will provide emerging chefs with fundamental skills through on-the-job experience and training. Learn the fundamental skills and develop your knowledge whilst building your resume at one of Australia’s most recognizable and iconic venues.
