About the role

As Kitchen Hand you will report directly to the Sous Chef & Head Chef and be responsible for delivering a high level of productivity, ensuring the kitchen team can provide amazing experiences for our guests and a product that exceeds expectation. We are looking for an individual with any level of experience and is passionate about their progression in the hospitality industry.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Focusing on delivering fun service and take pride in your work.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned.
• Capability to run a busy section independently without compromising on quality.
• Full awareness of all kitchen and FOH needs, ensuring that with your help they can execute service seamlessly.

Skills and experience

• Experience in working to ensure consistent high-quality standards are consistently met.
• Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Team player attitude and commitment to high-end service.
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges in order to progress.
