EVRA is a modern, fast-paced restaurant in the heart of Newstead. We're looking for a reliable, experienced Kitchen Porter to support our back-of-house team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

🔧 Responsibilities include:

• General kitchen cleaning

• Washing dishes, pots, and pans

• Assisting chefs with basic prep when required

• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met

• Organising stock and keeping workspaces tidy

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (essential)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

• Available for day and/or night shifts, including weekends

• Team player with a positive attitude

This role requires previous kitchen experience — only experienced applicants will be considered.

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware from dishwasher
• Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
• Assist chefs and wait staff as required, especially during peak hours
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
