About the business

Hanmade’s Bakehouse is a bakehouse/cafe in Eastern Creek Quarter. We are a business that is dedicated to creating memorable experiences with our range of Filipino inspired food, gourmet desserts, baked goods and Bespoke cakes.

We are seeking kitchen hands to join our team for our Cafe that opened in November 2022. This is a great opportunity to work as a part of a team in a fun and supportive environment.

Looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand who knows their way around the kitchen and is eager to learn new skills.

The successful candidate must be able to work morning shifts across a seven day roster. Weekend work will be required.

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware from dishwasher
• Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
• Assist chefs and wait staff as required, especially during peak hours
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
